Subscription details
Every plan unlocks all StructCheck tools and the ETABS model check. The only difference between plans is how many uses you get per week.

What counts as a "use"?
- Every result you ask for = one use. You enter your inputs in any tool (for example footing design) and press Calculate: that is one use.
- Changed the numbers and pressed Calculate again? That is a new result and counts as another use, even on the same tool and the same day.
- Editing the inputs before you press Calculate is not counted.
- One new ETABS file = one use. Changing settings on the same file is not counted again.
- Tools that update live without a Calculate button (such as the rebar weight schedule and PDF merge) count one use per visit.
- Opening a page and reading its example without asking for a result is not counted.
Example: today an engineer calculated a footing 3 times with different numbers, a beam twice, and checked one ETABS file. That is 6 uses in total.
When do limits reset?
Every Sunday (Riyadh time) your counter goes back to zero. Unused uses do not carry over to the next week.
Payment and duration
- Pay with mada, Visa or Mastercard through Moyasar, a licensed payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
- Each plan lasts 30 days from payment and activates immediately.
- No automatic charges. We remind you before your plan ends, and you decide whether to renew.
- Renewing the same plan early adds 30 days on top of the time you have left.
Upgrading and changing plans
- You can move to a higher plan at any time. The new plan runs 30 days from the day you pay.
- If your plan ends and you do not renew, your account goes back to Free automatically. Your account and data stay as they are.
Cancellation and refunds
There are no automatic charges, so there is nothing to cancel: simply do not renew. Refunds: if you paid by mistake or did not use the plan at all, email [email protected] within 7 days of payment and we will refund you. Full details in the Terms.
FAQ
Can I use my account on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on your phone and computer. The counter is per account.
Can I share my account with colleagues?
Accounts are personal. For a team, each engineer should have their own account.
I need an invoice in my company's name.
After paying, email [email protected] with the name you need and we will send it.
What happens if I run out of uses before Sunday?
You will see a message. You can upgrade right away or wait until your limit resets on Sunday.
